Church of the Holy Apostles is Disciples Making Disciples.

Outreach

Church of the Holy Apostles is becoming a place of fully devoted followers of Jesus who welcome, equip and send people into our community and the world in order to feed the hungry, welcome the stranger, clothe the naked, and visit both the sick and those in prison. Our Outreach ministry strives to live into the vision with several organizations and opportunities to serve throughout the year.  If you'd like more information, please contact Paula Willbrant, Pastoral Care.

Our Mission is to support those families who have active duty military members through fellowship and prayer and provide Care Packages for deployed active duty military personnel.

Lord of the Streets is an outreach organization in downtown Houston providing for the homeless. On a regular basis we travel to Trinity Episcopal Church in downtown Houston to prepare and serve breakfast to the homeless.
The Krause Center ministry provides our congregation with outreach opportunities to serve emotionally troubled teens who are temporarily housed at the center. Kairos is a ministry that seeks to bring Christ's love and forgiveness to all incarcerated individuals, their families and those who work with them, and to assist in the transition of becoming a productive citizen.
The Acts of Random Kindness ministry reaches out to the community of Katy in a variety of ways. These ARK outreaches allow us to be flexible in demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ to those in need in our immediate area.

The KCM ministry provides our congregation with several opportunities to give throughout the year including the Red Apple school supply and Santa's Sleigh toy drive. In addition, we have an ongoing collection of food for the KCM pantry.
A ministry of outreach and support to both members and guests. The purpose is to extend our hand in love of Christ and in obedience to Christ, to those who are needy, poor, afflicted, or ill. Victim Relief Ministry: More than ever, there is a need today for qualified crisis responders! You, too, can be prepared to meet the unique needs of victims through training for Victim Chaplaincy and upon completion of training you’ll receive a Victim Chaplain Certificate. Contact Paula Willbrant for more information.
