Sunday Mornings - 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
Programs for all children ages three to fifth grade
Godly Play - Three and four year olds
Children will explore the stories of the Bible in a warm and loving environment through storytelling, games and art. Children will begin to grow in their faith and understanding that Jesus loves them.
During the Summer 2010, we will be learning about Jesus' parables. As a special treat, our teachers will be Mother/Daughter teams.
Summer Faith Quest Sunday School for Ages Five years – Fifth Grade
Kids will visit the professor’s study to learn the spiritual meaning behind the Lion Witch and the Wardrobe, the famous C.S. Lewis story portraying Jesus as Aslan the Lion. We’ll make Peter’s shield, have tea and toast with Mr. Tumnus and eat Turkish Delight.

Faith Quest Sunday School
(5 years – third grade)
Sunday 9:30 – 10:15 a.m. in Faith Quest Area
This isn’t the Sunday School you remember. It is fast paced, media oriented for our kids today. Children will rotate through areas which will help them understand God’s word and how it applies to their life. Each week, they will rotate to a new workshop where they will experience the same Bible story or concept but through different medias. These include:
- Apostles Acting Co.: Where kids are the star of the show.
- Disciples Design Studio: Bring out the artist in your child.
- Godly Gourmet: Kids cook up snacks that teach a lesson.
- Gospel Game Room: Learning the Bible can be fun!
- Apostles.net: Kids plug into Jesus with computers.
Spirit Quester Sunday School

In THE GAME OF LIFE, there are CHUTES AND LADDERS, especially if you are a pre-teen. Sometimes the WHEEL OF FORTUNE spins your way, and other times you feel in JEOPARDY. When your JENGA tower is about to fall, remember that Jesus has a MONOPOLY in your life, and following his way is neither a CHARADE nor a TRIVIAL PURSUIT; it is the real deal. All 4th and 5th graders are invited and encouraged to explore GAMES PEOPLE PLAY this fall during Spirit Quest Sunday School, with your host Mr. Mark. What do you have to lose? Take the RISK, you won’t be SORRY!
This Bread and This Cup
First Communion class for six years old and older
Sundays at 9:30 a.m. beginning October 17 – November 14 in the Faith Quest Area
We have an exciting first communion program. This is for children wishing to take communion or to understand more about communion. Children will enjoy this program that is designed to help them join more fully with their Christian community and the larger communion of saints. A special keepsake workbook will be given to each child.
A parent must attend with their child. Register with
