Have you ever thought about heading up a ministry or leading a small group here at COTHA? Are you unsure of your capabilities, or want to learn more about COTHA before you begin? By taking this course you will discern where God is calling you into leadership, practice prayer models and become a more confident and effective prayer, learn how to run a small group meeting, learn the qualities a leaders must have, gain pastoral sensitivity, and get to know others who are headed into leadership with you.
